Then I checked Angie's list. This co had a F rating. I choose A rated company any now I'm happy!

At the request of the manufacturer (Goodman) representative, Todd, I placed a 3 way call with Holiday Heating. Todd validated the fact that the part is covered and should be returned to them. The Holiday supervisor, Laurie, contended that Goodman’s warranty states we had to purchase an annual maintenance warranty with Holiday for the part to be covered. Goodman Manufacturing says this is nowhere in their warranty and that companies use this ruse to rip customers off.  Laurie was unable to prove that we should have been charged.  When the Goodman rep. told her she owed us a refund, she laughed and in an about face said the total charge was for labor and hung up on us. Further calls resulted in unprofessional mocking and hang ups. Do not use them!

They have come multiple times.  I am unsatisfied with their service.  They did not diagnose the problem correctly and I had to have them come out several times.  They still didn’t solve the problem.

The day there were suppose to come they said the tech had the flu and we'd have to reschedule. When the guy finally came out he said he couldn't do the job by himself and would have to have someone come and help him. The did a horrible job. When the job was inspected they violated code. The laid the gas line under a bed of pine needles and should have been buried 8 inches under the ground. There was no permit pulled for the job either. I would NEVER use in the future!
