Very well. It needed a new plate which he did not have, but Norm told me where to get it specific to my old machine. He fixed the programming and lots of other stuff. But hardly charged as he could not get the plate . So I was grateful he did all he did! I can tell he is very trustworthy.

This was my first time using this company. Great service at a good price. The owner, Norm Himebaugh, has great customer service and knowledge regarding the products that he services. My repair was complete within 2 days and runs like new. We will continue to have Himebaugh's repair our home and commercial vacuum's.

He is top notch. We take the sewing machine in for a total repair and we are completely good with what he did. He is a master sewing machine mechanic and he teaches regional classes. He is so good that he has a customer in Hawaii that sends her machine to him to get it looked at. What he does on tune-up and repair, he guarantees the work for I think 3 years. So if anything goes wrong with it, he will do the labor for free. It’s a little expensive for the initial work, but you can take it in just for a touch up or cleaning over the 3 years. As many times as you think that you need to take it back if you think anything is wrong with it, it’s all covered by the one initial repair.

I got it back in the time frame they said I would!

Vacuum was repaired for a very reasonable price. There was a little bit of a delay, which I was informed of when I brought it to the shop. Overall, pleased with the service.

Would totally recommend their services! Only slight negative, tech was having a family health crisis so it took a little longer for work to be done than was suggested; but totally understandable. I dropped the vacuum off at the shop, though a little out of the way, but would definitely use them again!

The man was very personable. I went to get an estimate on a repair and ended up buying a new one. The only bad thing is that they are 'on the other side of the world,' but really they were very good. The guy was upfront and even offered a discount.

Norm takes care of his customers. A few months ago I purchased another type of vac from Norm and it performs just as he described. His advice is "spot on"! No need to shop anywhere else!

They were friendly, courteous, and prompt. They did everything that they said would do.

I use my sewing machine every day and do a lot of machine quilting. They do an excellent job of keeping it in tip-top shape. Additionally, twice they have repaired my machine 'on the spot' the day before a class - much to my relief. (Both repairs were minor and my fault.)

I called and spoke to Lindsay on Thursday and asked if they could install it the next day. They showed up and installed it. Did a great job. I really felt like I was dealing with a family company that would stand behind their work.

I've used them for several years for my central vac and regular vacuum. I've never had problems and they've always been great!

THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE TOP NOTCH. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY LOOK AT MY VACUUM AND RECOMMEND WAYS TO MAINTAIN IT PROPERLY. THEY QUICKLY FIXED MY HOSE WHILE I WAITED. WHEN I AM IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW VACUUM, I'M DEFINITELY COMING TO THEM.

I LIKE SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PUBLIC, AND IS WILLING TO DO A SIMPLE THING WITHOUT CHARGE.

MIKE MOORE WAS PHENOMENAL. HIS ENTHUSIASM FOR GIVING ME BACK A 110% MACHINE WAS AMAZING. THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY EVEN CLEANED IT INSIDE AND OUT. I WOULD GIVE THEM AN A+! I WISH THEY REPAIRED CARS!

NORM HAS AN INCREDIBLE AMOUNT OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT VACUUM CLEANERS.

THEY DIDN''T HAVE THE VACUUM BAGS I NEEDED IN STOCK AND SOLD ME A COUPLE OF THEIR OWN UNTIL NEW STOCK ARRIVED. THEY ALSO POINTED OUT A FILTER I WAS MISSING ON MY VACUUM.

STORE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS BUT HAS LATE HOURS ON FRIDAYS. WHILE SERVICE IS NOT PERFORMED AT YOUR HOME, IT IS STILL GREAT TO KNOW THERE IS A COMPANY THAT OFFERS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
