HPREA was built to combat the idea of a part-time real estate agent, because one part-time agent does not have the capacity to cover every aspect of the real estate process. Our team has sales, marketing, and operations professionals working to deliver a proven repeatable home selling process. This is the same process that they use to sell over 400 homes a year - that’s more than one house sold for every day of the year! Every member of High Performance Real Estate has a specialized role on the team. Most real estate agents are one-man shows with limited resources, time, and energy. They try to juggle multiple clients with little or no help and limited funds. With High Performance Real Estate, you get an entire TEAM of professionals, all working for you in a coordinated effort to get your home sold for the most amount of money, in the least amount of time, and without the hassles! Extremely well. We did not have an easy time finding a house. Not because of Lars but because many of the homes were not in good shape at all when the home inspection came back. Kyle actually encouraged us not to go with these homes when the inspections came back because he knew it would not suitable for us.
