They gave us an excellent deal on it. All the sales representatives are very helpful. They price compare, and will beat anyones price.  We never have problems with their service. We purchase all of our appliances from them.

I am trying to get them to honor the warranties. I bought $20,000 worth of appliances. I had to go back through the sales person I purchased them from because that is the only way I could get a response to the service problems I am having. The response to the service complaints is not good. I purchased the items early in 2007 but because of the delay with my remodel they were not delivered until August and because of this they were telling me I was out of my warranty in November of 2007. I will not buy from them again.

They were very sharp, punctual, professional, and on time. It was a quick turn around. They promised they would have it completed in 48 hours and it was about right.

Great salesman( Gary Baker )knew all the answers to my questions. Also, the delivery crew did a fine job (polite and knowledgeable).

Sales response was awful. Even getting the GM Tim Kirk involved was no help. The installation of the dishwasher was incomplete. Had to hire a plumber to finish the job. Appliances were delivered damages. Delivery was sketch. They are a middle man;they have no control over ordering or delivery. They had to contact and wait on a reply from their ordering department and then when appliances did not show up on time could not even help with scheduling a delivery. Time Kirk has a very condescending attitude. I will never use them again.
