I’ve been going to Heng’s Alterations for several years. She hems pants for me each time I buy new ones. She has also made other alterations for me over the years. Her work is always high quality. Her shop is always busy. Even so, she recognizes me when I come in and knows my name. She has also given me good advice about alterations several times at my request.

My boyfriend needed the arms lengthened on a jacket. Very professional, would use them again!

We have never once had an issue with their work. They do a fantastic job and are fair and resonable in their pricing. I give them my highest recommendation.

Disaster. I needed to have some suit pants taken in in the back, just below the belt loops. Somehow that turned into a pair of pants I can no longer wear. The rise in the pants was taken in to the point that it's just too tight to wear. I didn't ask for the rise to be altered, but it was. I waited some time between the work and the review, hoping I could find someone to fix this, but there's not enough material left to fix them. My $800 suit is now a loss. I feel awful about the work and the experience, but I understand up to this point -- maybe the language barrier caused all of this. I do wish they would have called if they weren't sure. I always say "no rush" to prevent this type of thing.

They were complete on the day I had requested. The owners are very friendly and are very interested in your satisfaction with their work.

It was difficult, but she was up to the challenge. She did a wonderful job. It exceeded my expectations, and was at a wonderful price.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. BECAUSE THIS WAS A FLOWER GIRL DRESS, I WANTED TO TAKE IT TO A PLACE THAT SPECIALIZED IN ALTERATIONS, RATHER THAN JUST THE DRY CLEANERS. THE DRESS NEEDED TO BE TAKEN IN A LITTLE ON EACH SIDE IN THE CHEST. THERE ARE MANY LAYERS TO THE DRESS, AND THEY DID A VERY NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL JOB. I THINK THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A WEEK. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK FOR ALL MY ALTERATIONS. NOTE THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/ATM CARDS; CASH OR CHECK.

ALTERATIONS WERE DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND ON TIME. THE SEAMSTRESS DIDN'T LISTEN WELL ENOUGH TO WHAT I WANTED, THOUGH, AND I FELT PUSHED INTO MAKING A BAD DECISION. BECAUSE I DIDN'T STAND MY GROUND, I PROBABLY WASTED MONEY ON THE ALTERATIONS BECAUSE I WON'T WEAR THE PANTS.

EXCELLENT WORK, I TOOK SEVERAL MORE ITEMS IN AFTER THE FIRST VISIT. GREAT PRICES. VERY FRIENDLY FAMILY.

THE STAFF AT HENGS ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THE ALTERATIONS ARE ALWAYS VERY WELL DONE AND I THINK THE LADY THERE IS A REAL SWEETIE!

FOR ALTERTIONS HENG'S IS WITHOUT DOUBT "THE PLACE."
