We were very upset because it still wasn't working right and we haven't been back since. For the second visit since they hadn't fixed the thing 9 months earlier, they replaced a lot of compounds, which was good at least, the radiator, the condenser. We drove out and before we got home, the air conditioner had quit. So went on home and finally took it back when it was convenient and they worked on it again. We had to fix something else so we fix that which wasn't that much money. Then it kept cutting off. It would cut off. We was going to take back again and drive it for a while and then it quit. Still today we don't run the air conditioner on full because it will cut off on us and my wife use it for work. she can't use it when it's hot because it will cut off. It only runs about 75% of the time and the we can't run it on full cool.

They kept saying it was ready but it wasn't. Well the overall grade of "F' is because they never really fixed the problem or I don't think that they knew what the problem was. They never found out. I Think that they just went in and replaced items that maybe didn't need to be replaced without truly finding out what the issue was. Also on that first repair, I don't they capped off the freon that well. My husband said that wasn't the problem. We took it in once and something leaked out because it leaked into the garage. He said that wasn't it, it was something else.

Their excellent. I can call in and make an appointment.

Clean looking, they don't look all grease looking and whatever, they look clean, they work clean.

We use the dealership for auto service and that's Hendrick Mercedes. What stands out the most about them is the professionalism and quality. I thought the price of a 1000 was a little bit high.

My name is Belinda Agosto. This past February the right rear passenger window on my 2001 Mercedes Benz stopped working. I took my car to Hendrick Mercedes Northlake on 10725 Old Statesville Road in Charlotte. For the service they charged me three hours at $135/hour for the work. The total came out to $470. At the time, I expressed to them that I thought the price was too high, but Nick Collins, the service representative, had nothing really to say about it. I had not choice since it was in the middle of winter and I needed to get the window fixed.
Two weeks later the left rear passenger window stopped working, too. Well, I refused to pay another $500 so I started shopping around. I called Auto Solutions on 8702 Statesville Rd and they quoted me about $85 over the phone! So, of course, I made an appointment the very next day to get my window repaired. Lo and behold, they only charged me $65.00 - SEVEN TIMES LESS than Mercedes Benz. The work they did was EXACT to what Hendricks Mercedes did! Same problem, same part, same solution! In fact, the work at Auto Solutions took 45 minutes and they only charged me for 30.
It's no secret that one expects to pay a premium for parts and services at a luxury dealership but paying SEVEN times more for same exact service done elsewhere by another Mercedes Certified Mechanic is not ethical nor fair :( I feel like I have been robbed and taken advantage of.
Clearly, Hendricks Mercedes overcharged me. I have expressed this to Mr. Collins and his supervisor, Kelly Purser. Kelly Purser promised me a credit of 1.5 hours and it's been over a month and I still have not received that credit. As of today, I emailed the general manager, Brian Porta, and I hope that he helps deliver what was promised.

I've worked with this team on a number of service situations from serious to minor. Oil changes, major faults, to minor issues. Where they shine is on the day to day stuff (oil changes) and major faults (engine failures!). Where they fall down is details on minor issues like door handle, issues with interfacing media devices. Small details are eluding the tea more than in the past -- this could be growing pains related as the business seems to be taking on substantially more customers and service than ever before.
Overall, I like the team, continue to buy vehicles from them, and continue to escalate when I find a problem which they are happy to facilitate.

The service staff at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake are all 100% professionals. Tyler is a gem to work with in setting up appointments and general service provider. We trust and depend on these guys to keep us on the road safe and sound.
