I go once every 3-4 months. They have great cars, great service but high prices. It took about 20 minutes for the last service. They wash my car for me.

My experience with them was perfect. I appreciate that service is all covered under my warranty because I have a leased car. I also appreciate that they set appointments and they keep the appointments, and you get out of there in a reasonable amount of time. When they bring the car back, it's all nice. They clean it inside and out.

The workers are wonderful people. They do a great job. The waiting room is perfect. They have TV, coffee and pastries. It took  a couple of hours to do. I was happy with the amount of time it took. They are the only BMW dealership in town and they are very good.

my son's car goes there for service, and I have found the recent charges to be comparable to independent shops.

Perfect the service is amazing

Although I didn't have an appointment I just popped in on a Monday morning because my alert was saying my radiator fluid was low...Monday AM is a very busy time. Instead of giving me the old and quot;You'll have to leave it, we're really busy right nowand quot; my service advisor...whom I'd actually never met, asked if I'd like him to check it out, top it off and see if that helped. He was very professional, polite and caring.

My service provider, Matt Cunnigham had provided me with a estimate during my annual service visit to replace the rear window on my Z3 - the molding had aged and cracked. I called to make the appoint about 90 days later and was helped by an assistant. She had originally scheduled the service a few weeks out not knowing how quickly they could get the part. They called back a day later can confirmed a much earlier appointment. Matt arranged a loaner vehicle for me. I was able to drop my car off and go about my day. They were backed up that Friday and Matt called me around 2PM to let me know it was possible they would not get done. He and I discussed my availability and I told him I could even pick the car up on Monday even if needed as he wanted to be sure the right technician was available. My car was ready first thing Monday morning and it looked almost new to me!
My experience was very good!

I dropped my car off on a Friday morning and they gave me an X3 as a loaner. My car wasn't quite ready by the end of the day so they let me drive the loaner over the weekend. I picked my car up on Monday. Because it is a lease there was no charge for the service, just a $20 fee for the state inspection

The work they did was fine but they are way over priced. I know it costs more to go to the dealership but I had the exact same work done on my Accura from my mechanic for $600. My wife took her BMW to these guys for a scheduled maintenance (oil change,etc.). They told her she needed new brake pads. I couldn't believe what they charged. $1,200 is twice what I paid on my car. I won't let my wife take her BMW to Hendricks again. We'll look for a good BMW mechanic on Angie's list...I've had it.

Excellent service. Great loaner car. They are pricey but the work is guaranteed and it's worth having all of your work done there so the records are there. They gave me a discount on my alignment because I'm in ministry and don't make as much money as I used to when I bought the car. I thought that was a nice gesture.
