I?ve been using them for a very long time. They are huge. They?re superb. It was somewhere in the neighborhood of about $450, because of not only just the labor, but inspecting everything with the 30,000 mile and doing things like an oil change. They found a couple of things. Totally fair, totally expected. There are a few companies that I can say just in general that are really excellent and they would be one of them.
They?re very thorough, they?re quick, convenient appointments. They are very transparent in terms as to what?s going on and they?re recommendations. Loaner units of Acura, I couldn?t say anything more highly about them. I?m sad they?re not in this area. I don?t compare their price to non-dealership places, it?s still under warrant though.

I use Acura for my wife's car. Acuras actually had my wife's car for a month, they gave us a loaner which is awesome! I thought they forgot about it. They know what's wrong with it, and they're fixing it. It's a rare part or something like that.

It was an extended maintenance contract so we did not have to pay anything. We are paying for the services upfront.

I am thinking of buying an Acura, I purchased one in 2004. They are very friendly and great overall, especially Jim Holsouser. I plan on buying a car from them soon.

It is an Acura. It has a 120,000 miles on it and when I take it in, I have them do the oil change and check for any other problems so that I don't break down on the road or anything like that. Since it is an Acura they would know what to look for. They always do what they say and knock on wood they are good.
Their price is pretty reasonable for what they do. There is always a coupon out there also.

Amazing! If you had asked me last week what kind of car I wanted, I could not have told you anything except a small to mid-sized SUV. With that, I spent the latter half of Friday going from dealer to dealer trying to figure out what kind of SUV I wanted--brand, new or used, and features--and figuring out what to do with my current vehicle. My first (and ultimately last stop) was Hendrick Acura, where DAVID ROSENBAUM set the bar too high for all the others. No slimy salesman feel at all--he just knows these cars and all sorts of cool things that Acura vehicles come standard with! He spent a good amount of time with me Friday helping me with any and every question/concern I had and, knowing which other dealers I planned to visit in my search, even recommended a gentleman at another dealership I should work with. He genuinely was interested me making the right choice and working with the right salesman that was keeping my best interest in mind. Late Saturday morning, I texted him that my husband and I were on our way and, on an extremely busy Saturday, he was there expecting our arrival. He was patient and kind repeating everything for my husband, despite our two children interrupting constantly, and at this point, there was still no commitment on our part that this was going anywhere so all of his time ON A SATURDAY could have been for nothing--but that never seemed to matter to the care and patience he afforded us. After going through a 'no haggle' pricing discussion (which was awesome), we decided to move forward with the vehicle, but needed to get lunch and return home to pick up the potential trade-in vehicle. We returned 2 hours later and David was ready for us--in fact, he had already gotten our new Acura detailed during the time we were gone to save us time in this vehicle delivery process (so nice). The trade-in process went great and I think we got a very fair deal on it--which I'd like to mention was completely separate from the new vehicle purchase so one was not dependent on the other. After all the paperwork was signed, David spent more time with us personalizing everything in the new vehicle so I left the lot with the new car already feeling like my own :-) This whole experience was one of a kind. If you are thinking an Acura may be for you, please visit Hendrick Acura and ask for DAVID ROSENBAUM. If he's not available, I'm sure the other salesmen are almost as good ;-D

It's a delight to deal with the service dept at Hendrick. They take care of my promptly and have the job completed within the time estimate that they provide. The waiting area and amenities are great, and it's always nice to drive out after they provide the complimentary car wash.
