The service went very well. The sales woman was very accommodating. She was very pleasant and not pushy in her sales. The chairs were delivered to my home in great condition. They took the old recliners out. Overall, everything went smoothly and I was very pleased.

They were very courteous and helpful. They were friendly. They delivered and moved furniture out for me also.

Excellent! Visited 3 times during the search for a bed. Lewis, the salesman we worked with, was so pleasant and found all info we asked for; did not pressure us at all. Delivery very efficient. On the store website you find your day of delivery and what is to be delivered (password protected) early enough to correct mistakes if there are any. They give a 2-hr time-frame for the day they come and you can check the website to see where you are on the list AND where the truck is at any given moment. Delivery guys were helpful, quick, nice, and on time. One box spring had a tiny tear in the fabric; Haverty's replaced it within 3 days. Will definitely recommend them to anyone!

It was a very good experience with this furniture store. When I walked into the store they had good customer service, but were not hounding me. They had very good prices and the salesman was great and helped me set up the delivery date. He sent me a thank you note and sent me emails to let me know about sales.

The sales person answered our questions and checked the product availability. One of the pieces, the nightstand, was back-ordered. The rest was available for delivery that weekend. The store called 2 days before with a 2 hour delivery window. The delivery crew called an hour before to tell us that they were on their way. The delivery and set-up was complete in half an hour. The nightstand came in in 2 weeks and was delivered. We were very satisfied with Havertys.

The dining room furniture was delivered. Four of the chairs and both leafs were damaged so the delivery guys convinced us to schedule a tech to come 'fix' the furniture b/c the odds of getting undamaged furniture were slim. The tech came and couldn't fix the damage so they had to schedule delivery of the chairs and he took the leafs to fix at the warehouse. They scheduled delivery and WOULDN'T bend on the time, even though I couldn't make the time slotted so we asked them to deliver everything with the bedroom furniture and schedule the date and requested the afternoon. The rep called and said our furniture would be delivered b/w 4-7 pm which are the exact hours I called the day prior and told them we absolutely could not do. The rep informed me that was my ONLY option so I told her to cancel the order and I would call the store for a refund. The company rep at the store setup delivery for 8 am w/ no issues. All of the furniture wasn't delivered! We had to pick it up at the store!

The salesman, Don Louder, showed me the different choices that were available and answered my questions. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I told him that I was not ready to buy on my first visit to the store. I told him that I would probably be back in a few weeks with my husband. My husband and I came back to make our purchase. The salesman scheduled delivery and was helpful after delivery when some of the hardware from the curio was missing. This was a good experience with Haverty's. I will definitely shop there again.

Fine. We were furnishing our family room and bought a sofa table, two small stuffed chairs that rock and swivel, two beautiful table lamps and a floor lamp. All very good quality. And they threw in two ottomans matching the stuffed chairs. Our salesperson, Sande, was very helpful if a little clingy at first. She said she was not allowed to negotiate on price, even if we were willing to add extra purchases. We also got no-interest/no payments financing for 12 months, which came in handy. It's provided through Citi Financial.
