computer repair
 + -1 moreI had purchased a new computer last March but have not had time to sit down and get it set up, transfer the files, etc. Once I did attempt to set it up I wasn't able to get the internet connection or wireless to work and didn't feel like spending an entire weekend trying to figure it out. Although I checked AL for computer repair people I chose to use my husbands IT person, Tim, who services small businesses and home users. Tim had just recently installed my husband's computers and network into his new space. I've never used or inquired about computer repair at the big box stores but I suspect that Tim and Adam have much more knowledge and experience than what the big box stores provide. Both Tim and Adam are very professional, polite and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I called Tim on a Monday and he had his partner, Adam, out at my house on Wednesday, promptly at 5:30, the agreed upon time. Adam got my new computer set up and networked to my other computers in the house. The old computer was painfully slow but he hung in there and finished the job. I installed a wireless network a year or so ago but was never successful in getting all the files to share so he got it all pulled together for me. Howerver, he was not able to get the files to share to one of the computers, so Tim has offered to come by free of charge to fix.
