Interior Painting
FELT MISLED BY THIS MAN. HE QUOTED ME A PRICE WHICH I COMPARED TO MANY OTHERS AND FOUND TO BE MEASURABLY LOWER (AND HE WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND.) BUT HE CHARGED ME EXTRA WHEN 2 COATS DIDN'T COVER THE OLD PAINT. HE, AS THE PROFESSIONAL, SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OR MADE IT VERY CLEAR THAT HE WOULD CHARGE EXTRA IF IT DIDN'T.
