We contacted them to repair an automated driveway gate that was broken, a
technician came out and said that we needed a new pole, he asked us to
contact the office to get a service request and a quote. We contacted
the office, they sent us a quote for $750 and asked us to sign it and
fax it back and we did. Few days later we came home and found that they
had already installed a pole and took the gate apart without letting us
know. Nobody showed up for about 10 days afterwards, but after we called
twice they came back to put it together and left a sharp piece of metal
in the middle of the driveway which would have caused either of us a
flat tire. We were not home and they needed the remote controls, so they
came back again and said we needed a new system because they did not
know how to fix this system. My wife was not happy about why they did
not tell us they could not fix the system from the start and called to
complain, the owner of the company answered the phone and did not give
her a chance to speak and ended up hanging up the phone in her face. I
called them back, and the lady who answered apologized and said they
will only charge us $140. Unfortunately they wasted both ours and their
time, and the owner of the company was not pleasant to deal with, he has
a less than positive temperament.  During the whole process, they never
called once to let us know what they were doing or what our options
were, and the whole experience lasted about 3 weeks. Our gate is still
not working and we have to call someone else to fix it.

Automatic Gate Operator was not working, although there was power to the operator. Found the board was not working and needed to be replaced. Gate once again operating properly.
