He comes in on time. The one time he was going to be late, he called. Very easy to have around. If I see a spot that needs to be touched up, he will re-do it and explains everything he does. Does an excellent job, he is very neat! I have had a lot of painters before. He is very fast, neat and polite. Also, very accommodating to other projects in my home.
