HARPE MANAGED A RENTAL PROPERTY FOR ME & DID A GOOD JOB FOR THE MOST PART. HIS MGMT FEE WAS REASONABLE. SVCS INCLUDED FINDING RENTERS, RUNNING CREDIT CHECK, COLLECTING RENTS, PROVIDING RPT TO HOMEOWNER, ETC. DID LEAVE A BROKEN WINDOW UNTENDED WHILE I WAS ON VACATION WHICH CAUSED SOME MILDEW IN UNIT. ONLY NEGATIVE MARK.
