Harp did a solid job on our home addition. We first had architectural drawings completed by our architect. We entered into a cost+ agreement with Harp. Project was completed in four months and came in on budget. It was expensive, but I mainly equate that with the elaborate architectural design I asked them to build. I have no way of knowing if it would have cost more or less with another builder. We chose Harp after interviewing several neighbors that used them for their own renovations. Three years later, the workmanship is holding up. There have been a few usual things that needed to be fixed, such as a minor roof leak. However, even two years later, Johnny came right out and fixed it for free.
