+ -1 moreHarp did a solid job on our home addition. We first had architectural drawings completed by our architect. We entered into a cost+ agreement with Harp. Project was completed in four months and came in on budget. It was expensive, but I mainly equate that with the elaborate architectural design I asked them to build. I have no way of knowing if it would have cost more or less with another builder. We chose Harp after interviewing several neighbors that used them for their own renovations. Three years later, the workmanship is holding up. There have been a few usual things that needed to be fixed, such as a minor roof leak. However, even two years later, Johnny came right out and fixed it for free.
Description of Work: Master addition and bath, screened porch, laundry, misc, in 2004.

+ -1 moreExperience with this company was unprofessional. The initial on-site visit went fine but there is no excuse for not even returning my call.
Description of Work: Called company to get an estimate ($75,000.00) for some renovation to be done at the house. The amount of renovation will be in the 75k range. Johnny said he would get back to me in one week with an estimate. I never received an estimate. I called back after 10 days with no return call. I called again and left a message that if he was busy and couldn't do the work to call me and let me know. I received no call. Left 3 messages.
