About us
I am an independent handyman and I do all the work myself and never subcontract. For most jobs I will quote a fixed maximum price for the labor based on estimated hours to complete. If the job takes less time I will charge less but I will not charge more than the quoted price. Your cost for materials is what I paid for the materials. My hourly rate for most jobs is $40.
