Handyman Service
So many issues it's hard to know where to start. Here?s the short version: Rodney comes off as uninterested, unfriendly, and condescending. He was hard to communicate with at every step because of his arrogance. I made the mistake of hiring him for a small job because he had high reviews but I fired him before he ever started the job because of his difficult personality. This is not a vendor who listens to his customers and he does not put a high priority on customer service. He also uses sub-contractors, FYI. I would not recommend attempting to work with this vendor.

I am billed on an hourly basis. He is highly reliable; he is so reliable that I have given him my keys to come in when I am not home. He is very consciences. He does really outstanding work.
