WE WERE GIVEN DETAILED EXPLANATIONS OF HOW DIFFERENT CLOCKS WORK, AND ADVISE AS TO WHAT WOULD BE BEST FOR US. WE FELT VERY CONFIDENT IN THEIR KNOWLEDGE, AND APPRECIATED THE TIME TAKEN WITH US. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, AND WOULD TAKE CLOCKS THERE FOR REPAIR.

WE HAVE ALSO HAD CLOCKS AND WATCHES REPAIRED THERE IN THE PAST. MY MOTHER-IN-LAW IN DURHAM CANNOT FIND A WATCH REPAIR PLACE THERE, SO I HAVE BROUGHT HER WATCHES TO THE CLOCK SHOP! NOTE THAT THE SHOP IS NOT OPEN ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. THEY CAN FIX OLD OR UNUSUAL WATCHES THAT THE REGULAR JEWELRY REPAIR PLACES WON''T TOUCH.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A REASONABLE TIME, CONSIDERING NEARLY ALL CLOCK REPAIRS TAKE A LOT OF TIME AND FEW REPUTABLE PEOPLE DO IT. THE PRICE WAS AS QUOTED AND THE CLOCK RUNS BEAUTIFULLY NOW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSY, BUT SMALL, OLD ESTABLISHED CLOCK SHOP AND ITS OWNER KEN DEMERT.
