 + 0 moreI am submitting a much longer, heavily detailed report to the Better Business Bureau. Suffice it to say: I've been renting or buying houses for 30 years, and this is the shabbiest, most unprofessional treatment I've ever received, or even heard of. It is largely because of one particular agent, I should stress; but Group 15 has not responded to our requests to discuss the unprofessionalism, etc., of this person. In short: if you ever wish to recoup your deposit; to receive responses to your emails; to have any hope of talking with a responsible human being about anything, at all, related to your property: Look elsewhere.
Description of Work: We rented a house from them.

Description of Work: They manage a property for my grandmother. They secured a tenant relatively fast in 2 months. After the tenant was placed we did have difficulty getting them on the phone and had a few billing errors that resulted in over drafted accounts for us. The repairs are inflated in price and so we have rarely had a positive cash flow month since beginning to rent. The owner is very nice and seems to help resolve issues when contacted. I am undecided if I will renew with them when this tenant is ready to move.
