GROUND CONTROL OF CAROLINAS INC

Our HOA uses ground control at our condos and they are ok. Nothing spectacular. The weeds are an issue - I don't know how they don't see them. My neighbors and I pull up weeds all the time that they miss! Flowers are often half planted and either wither or die rather quickly as they aren't properly situated in the dirt. They also have a bad habit of using the lead blower to clear the main patio but all the leaves end up on our private patios. We also pay a fortune for pine needles. For the price we are charged I ought to create a side business of pine needle installment! It seems for the price we pay we should get a better value and more attentive service.

He was prompt and fair. He was pretty upfront but helpful. Their price is average. He will tell you "I'm not the cheapest and I'm not the most expensive but I do my work well" so I can't beat that. I thought he was professional.

Bill McBride (the owner of the company) fertilized, mowed, and sprayed for weeds. He has a nice business card, and web site (www.groundcontrollandscape.com) he does residential and commercial work. He also does irrigation, pavers, retaining walls, grading, waterproofing, ponds, drainage systems, stone work, lighting, property maintenance, fertilizer programs, and mowing. He was very professional and he and his crew was on time and came when they said they would. He is registered with the state.
