The business contacted me immediately, and set up an appointment the same day. He kept in touch with me to let me k ow his arrival time. He was thorough, and did a good job, even taking away our old satellite dish. We had trouble finding the settings to complete the final set up on the TV. The installer spent a lot of time trying to find the setting. I appreciated his efforts. I finally had to call Sony to get the instructions. Even they had to research how to access the setting. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic job and at a great rate, was very impressed with the response time for my request. I'm also very impressed that even though this was a new dish type for them (Starlink) everything was installed perfectly.

Highly recommended. We needed to have our HD Antenna adjusted so it could get a stronger signal for some of the local channels. Ulysses was able to move the antenna to a better location on the roof and the issues we were having receiving some of the channels was resolved. He did what every contractor for services should do: He listened as we described the issue we were having. He then came up with a plan and kept us updated. Awesome job.
