Friday night before Mayweather fight found out direct tv not working. Had 20+ people coming to watch. Direct tv could not help, there customer service is SORRY! Luckily found Greenwave Satellite through home advisor they connected me directly to Uylesse and he was able to come out and fix the issue Saturday at noon, fixed the problem early and then stayed to mount two tv including reinstalling electrical boxes. Love the service and the price was great. Direct tv should be able to give out techs for emergency service! But they don't and you do not need them now that you know about Greenwave!

Ulysses did a very professional job. Even helped me with my surround sound. He had excellent knowledge of my problem and how to fix it.

My project was a little unique, as I had several large trees surrounding my property. This made reception a challenge. Mr. Green stayed until I was completely satisfied. Now I can cut ties with the cable company! I would highly recommend Green Wave Satellite Enterprises.

He communicated with me all the way up to his arrival, and the installation was relatively quick and thorough. He was considerate of the long term view of the antenna for our neighbors, too. Great experience. I would call him again.

Mr. Ulysses was on time. He stayed until the job was completed and came back a second day and stayed until we ran out of stuff to do. We are awaiting the arrival of some special wires that we need to complete everything. He has agreed to return when they arrive to install them as well. He is a very nice and accommodating person. So, I am making this review even before every thing is complete, but I feel certain that all will be completed as he promised.
