Green Wave Antenna & Satellite Services

I posted an earlier review that was not flattering to this company. It appears there has been a miscommunication. Although I had tried to contact Greenwave by email, they require phone notification. So, I talked with Greenwave today and they have agreed to come next week and remove the antenna equipment and reimburse me for the equipment charges. There was never a problem with the quality of Greenwave's work or equipment. It was simply that I was not able to receive good, continuous reception at my particular location.

#1 - I really appreciate how Mr. Green was able to explain the process of switching from cable to DirecTV in detail to me. He was friendly and on time for our appointment. #2 - He's black and I love supporting black businesses. Make sure you call this location. The office manager is super friendly and they work with you if you have not so great credit. : )

Make sure your location is suitable for antenna TV reception, because all Greenwave wants to do is sell and install their equipment. If it doesn't work (i.e., provide good reception), you are stuck.

Ulysses is a real pro: on time, worked hard to ensure the OTA antenna was set correctly. Reasonable price. Highly recommend!

this guy is the real deal - he knows EXACTLY what to do and is better than the directv repair 800 line - Ulysses is FIRST CLASS!

The installer went out of his way to provide quality service and spent extra time to confirm service was as I expected. The only issue I have is with signal strength. I have a call into the service department for additional ideas of how to boost signal strength. The installer did all he could do with the location.

Storm damaged my dish mount for DirecTV Friday evening before college football kickoff weekend. DTV said one week to repair. Home Advisor put me in touch with Green Wave Friday evening. He was at my home Saturday morning after one cup of coffee 9:00 AM. He was very polite and professional. He charged what we agreed to over the phone prior to his coming $125. He was here and gone in about an hour. He made certain all TVs working properly before he left.

Ulysses was very prompt in setting up an appointment to install my HD antenna and was very attentive to make sure we were getting what we wanted. He stayed behind to make sure everything was working. Highly recommend his service to anyone.

I called 6/11 and left a voicemail and Mr. Green called me right back. He was able to come out the same day and he arrived when he said he would. I had already purchased an antenna but he suggested an amplifier since I have multiple rooms with TV/cable outlets. Mr. Green removed an old satellite dish and installed the antenna in the same place. He fine tuned the antenna to maximize my channels. I have great reception and get all 3 major broadcast channels, FOX, PBS (20 channels in all). There are lots of tall trees in the direction of the airwaves. I am very satisfied with the professional service and recommend this business to others.
