Mr. Green came when promised, was friendly and professional. I was in my travel trailer and had a Dish system in which the DVR/Receiver failed. He diagnosed the problem quickly and waited while I called Dish customer service to order a new receiver. Since my receiver was out, I hadn't been able to point the dish so Mr. Green went ahead and did that so when the replacement receiver arrived all I had to do was plug and play.
