They quadrupled the price on the part. The part cost was the major issue. It favors developers that hire them for work. They are not interested in service work.

A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE CAME BACK FROM VACATION TO A FURNACE THAT WAS NOT WORKING. ONE HVAC COMPANY CAME OUT AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AN ENTIRELY NEW FURNACE. I FELT LIKE THIS COMPANY WAS REALLY PUSHING THE NEW FURNACE RATHER THAN TRYING TO FIX THE PART. I CALLED GREEN FOR A SECOND OPINION. THE SERVICE MANAGER CAME OUT DURING THE DINNER HOUR AND SUGGESTED GOING WITH THE NEW PART RATHER THAN A NEW FURNACE. HE CAME BACK THE NEXT NIGHT TO INSTALL THE PART AND WORKED LONG HOURS TO DO IT. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE WORKING GREAT. WHAT COULD HAVE COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ENDED UP COSTING HUNDREDS.
