Great! Two guys came early and were already at work outside our rental house when I arrived. They were extremely polite, effecient and quick. Everything has gone as they said it would. They have already come back for the second visit. This is a family busines, college educated and up to date. Good job!

Les has been doing our termite inspection for more than five years. He and his crew are always prompt, polite and professional. Prices seem fair and reasonable. I am sensitive to many chemicals, and he has been great about working that out with me. Also is careful not to cause harm to pets.
Twice Les has dealt with more complicated problems--fleas when we returned from a vacation several years ago, and now the above-mentioned yellow jackets. He always is determined to get to the bottom of the problem and take care of it, no matter what it takes.

Great. Les, the owner, essentially assumed my contract from a competitor for a reduced fee. I chose this smaller company because Les has given me such excellent service in the past for ant problems. His guarantee is real. In the drought when ants where so prevalent, he quickly returned to my home to eradicate the ants with alternate means when they reappeared.

They guarantee their work and will come out for no charge if you have problems. He leaves a complete write up of what is done and provides a written warranty. He goes out of his way to make sure I am happy. He even came out to speak with me face to face so I completely understood everything he had done.

Responded to call for service quickly; I had already killed a LARGE Black Widow so I was anxious to have the house treated as soon as possible. He came the day after I called did exactly what he said he was going to do, no fuss. Good job.

Les makes Terminix and the others look like amateurs. He really gets down and gets dirty and really checks the place out. This was for an annual renewal for work that was done two years ago and we have seen not a bug or had a termite problem since he did his work. While he was under and around the house checking everything out, his assistant had a long pole and got rid of every cobweb on and around the house and inside my garage (my garage has an 18 foot ceiling). This is something I do once a year and dread doing it, what a nice surprise and saved my a couple hours work!

Had other company's (National company's) quote but never came and did work. Les Grattan came out, found the correct vent (builders had installed old ones incorrectly). Installed and look and work great. Small company - nice responsible people.

This is a small company but very classy. The owner (Les) lives in the neighborhood and a lot of others (neighbors) had used him. A lot of neighbors had been having problems with termites, and it had been 17 years since our property was treated. Les came out when he said he would. He and his son trenched around the foundation inside and out and along all the footings in the crawl space. They then treated the property, very pleased with his personal attention to detail and concern. I and other neighbors have used him for other type pest control (ants, etc.) and have always been well satisfied!
