Overall, this was a great purchase and company to work with.  They really LOVE granite.  The owner explained the granite making, cutting and installtion process to us.  They showed us pictures of good, quality installs and bad installs.  And he they did a great job explaining "seams"!  Now everytime I look at granite tops I look for seams.  They also had a learge selection of granite slabs.  The pricing was EXCELLENT, and fair.  I had 2 price comparisons before I went to this store.

They people at GranCreations were great.  We visited them at their facility and they allowed us to choose our granite, talked to us about backsplash options, and showed us pictured from a number of jobs they had done to help us make decisions about colors, etc.  You can tell that they are very passionate about what they do, and that passion comes through in their work.  They came out to our home and installed the granite countertops and tile backsplash in one day.  It looked like an entirely new kitchen.

Overall the job is satisfactory. I like dealing with the small business owners instead of the larger home improvement stores who only contract out the jobs.

I had called and talked to them before I went down there and some of my questions were previously answered over the phone. I thought that they were nice, polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me an estimate. I thought that their estimate was reasonable. They also gave me samples to take home. Overall, my experience with them was good and I will definitely consider using them.

We made an appointment at the office location of GranCreations to check out granite slabs and make a choice of the color for our kitchen. The representative was very patient with us and took the time to explain the different types of granite to choose from. He then came out the same day to measure our kitchen and to give us a quote on the granite that we had chose, including the removal of the old countertops and the granite edging of our choice. A week later after signing the contract and making a 50% deposit they arrived to install the granite in our kitchen. They did a wonderful job. The installers took their time and installed to our satisfaction. It was a delightful process and now we have a beautiful end result that we are extremely happy with.
