Gotcha Covered of South Charlotte installed 3 motorized SunScreens on our deck. We are very satisfied with the whole process, from the initial consultation, installation.and customer service after completion of the job. The three wide screens provide excellent sun shading and privacy, allowing us to enjoy more use of our deck throughout the day. Dhwani, Al, and installers were very professional and courteous. Dhwani is great! She helped us resolve the issues we were experiencing with the app and remote control for our motorized window shades. She is very responsive and quick in providing a solution to our problem. I would recommend her. She will not leave you hanging in case of trouble.

We used Gotcha Covered to install shades in our house. Dwhani was so easy to work with and never pressured us like some places try to do. We went with blackout shades in our bedrooms and it’s amazing the amount of light they keep out.

We needed blinds to keep out afternoon sunlight from heating the house and to keep the bedroom darker in the morning. The Gotcha Covered team came out to our home and provided guidance on what options would best assist us and had many texture options for us to choose. Once we picked on out they measured the location and delivered the blinds to our home. The install was quick and easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make a change to window coverings!
