Bryan was very knowledgeable about the types of paint to use in each room...bath, dining room etc. He repaired holes, chips, and water damage for us. The rooms he painted for us look fabulous! Great job.

Bryan is on-time. He brings all of his supplies with him. Bryan even purchased a new light for my kitchen and new dry wall to replace lack of dry wall from leaking, fixed before I hired him. Bryan worked 2 days at my home. The second day, he arrived around 8:30 AM, and did not eat lunch, when he left before 2:30 PM. Bryan also returned on a third day to help me screw in the over air cover in the kitchen and test the sink drain in the master bath. He showed me how to open the drain so it would let the water drain. Bryan is available via text and email. He is very patient and understanding when I have questions and explains how we need to wait 2 days for the satin paint to dry before I can shower in the upstairs bathroom. Bryan knows which paint to use in the upstairs bathroom versus powder room or kitchen. Bryan explains very simply, which helps me. Bryan is very thorough when he returns to see if everything works.

Bryan was very attentive and responsive. The paint job was completed to my specifications and finished in the timeline that fit my schedule.

They do not speak English, very difficult to communicate with which resulted in a misunderstanding about whether all the trim was included or not. They claimed the baseboard trim was included but not the window or door trim. Also, got paint spray all over my carpet, floors, toilets, sinks, light fixtures and countertops. Ruined my living room rug and even got paint smudges on my fabric recliner. I had to constantly go behind them and point out places that needed touched up or more paint. They did not even repair all the nail pops or nail holes before painting. I tried to catch everything but could not. I also had to vacuum the whole 2nd floor. Did not even paint the stair railing. They kept trying to go over all the places I pointed out but very frustrating. Used thin paint on the trim. After dwelling on this and seeing more issues, I cannot recommend it.

They do the little things to ensure you are happy with the experience. They showed up on time and weâ re engaged communicators. It took 2 days for 4 rooms of painting which isnâ t a terrible disruption. Youâ ll pay more for a faster experience but I was happy with what I got.
