I can’t say how pleased my husband and I were with Ben and his team. They arrived when they said they were going to, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and did the most beautiful work and for a competitive price. I recommend them to all my friends.

I was extremely pleased with the communication skills and easy access to the owner of the company when I had any questions throughout the process. The men who did the installation work were courteous, helpful, and demonstrated positive upbeat attitudes throughout the three day process. Once more, these men made an impression upon me due to the strong work ethic they demonstrated...unusual in this day and age. In addition to all this, and probably THE most important, the QUALITY of the work done was most impressive. They clearly knew what they were doing and took their time, paying attention to detail.

Ben and his crew did an amazing job! We had tile flooring placed in a small bathroom and tile flooring in a large kitchen/laundry space and a tile backsplash. They were professional, courteous, and always right on time each morning at 9am. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I am very picky and I am just stunned at their beautiful work! Not to mention the price is amazing for all they did!!! My husband and I could not be more pleased with the work that Bens crew did. And all in just 4 days!!! Ben and his worker Alex did an outstanding job installing the floors. Everything matches up perfectly and the floors look great.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Ben returned my phone call within an hour of me calling, set up an appointment to come out within the week, showed up when he said he would, provided a shockingly reasonable estimate within 48 hours, answered my hundreds of questions by email within hours and was able to start our project in 2 weeks. While all of this sounds like a normal way to run a business, it is not the norm around here I have found. Most of the time I can't even get a call back! Anyway, I digress. This was a big project that took 5 days since it involved so much tile but Ben's crew made it look like quick, easy work. They arrived every day on time, were courteous and hard working.

Ben was very responsive in showing me the samples, arranging installation and completing installation in a timely manner. He was not high pressure and conducted himself in a professional manner. Ben did a wonderful job for reasonable price.

Ben and his crew did a fantastic job on this large project: whole first floor (hardwood and tile). They worked late and did a masterful job completing this job. Ben is responsive to all inquiries and is a stickler for perfection. We were so pleased with his work, we recommended him to my mother. I can't think of higher proof of our love of his work than that!

Working with Ben and Nick was an amazing experience. Ben was very patient as we gathered quotes and asked questions and extremely responsive. His quote came in very competitively with others and included the kitchen backsplash which other flooring providers did not. We ended up choosing Glorified Flooring due to the great ratings here on Angie's List, the awesome pricing, good quality wood options and the convenience of getting 2 projects done at the same time. They arrived promptly on time each day, confirmed decisions with us before working on anything, and did everything they could to make the process as convenient for us as possible - even setting up our furniture and TV after the first night so we wouldn't be without for the duration of the job. Ben cheerfully dealt with a few unexpected items like the USB outlets we planned to install ourselves and having to replace the sheetrock on one kitchen wall due to the old tile not coming off cleanly. He even managed the materials so well that we are able to return one unopened box of kitchen tile. Ben and team's work made me completely confident that we chose the right company and will gladly call them again for additional work.

I needed a floor put over 24 year old torn up pine parquet that was glued to the concrete slab and laminate was the only way to go. Ben offered samples of the highest quality Made in America laminate and once it went down so meticulously by his crew I knew I made the right decision. It has been a year and a half now and I still love it every day. Price was excellent, his crew are trust worthy and hard working. Ben will get all my business for future projects.

Ben is wonderful to work with. Often communicating with contractors is frustrating, but here emails and calls are returned promptly and questions are answered completely. Schedules are made and stuck to. His tile work is beautiful, a perfectionism and attention to detail like my own.

Original date of service had to be pushed back one week due to additional work required on a previous job, but the day of the service the owner showed up right on time. The job was promised to be completed in one week and the timeline was spot on, actually finishing half a day early. Workers were prompt and efficient each day, respectful of our belongings and cleaned up after each day's work. The quality of the flooring is amazing, and we couldn't be happier! The estimate was also exact, with the final bill matching the original estimate to the penny. Communication with owner was also prompt with an email turnaround time of less than a day. Extremely professional and would definitely use them again.

Ben and his crew did an amazing job! Great prices accompanied by friendliness. The guy Nick on the crew could not have done a better job laying out the travertine in a beautiful pattern and design.  Would highly recommend and use them again for any future work.

Ben and his team were awesome throughout the entire experience. I got 4 quotes and Ben's was the best price. He was able to schedule the demo/install the week I wanted. He and his team worked very hard to get the floors done in the week I had available- even working into the evening and finishing on a Saturday. They didn't skip any detail, and even took the extra steps to ensure the floors were done correctly when they found some unexpected issues. On top of that, the entire team was super friendly and hard working. 

I had my entire downstairs demo'd (tile, carpet, and hardwood) and replaced with new hardwood and ceramic tile. Glorified did a kitchen and pantry and a laundry room with closet in new ceramic tile, and did the foyer, living room, dining room, family room, hallway, and bathroom in hardwood. And all that in 6 days. They even installed the new bathroom vanity, lights, toilet, and mirror. 

Overall it was a very good experience and I'd recommend Ben and his team at Glorified to anyone looking for new floors.

 Ben and his crew did a fantastic job installing the floors.  My wife and I got five quotes on the flooring and he was the best price by a good bit. They were on time and were very professional. They kept good communication with us and we're able to answer any questions that we had. They finished the job in the expected amount of time. They found termites while tearing up tile and were able to recommend a termite control company and were also flexible by working the installation around the termite treatment.   Even after the installation was completed they were helpful in answering some follow-up questions that we had. Would highly recommend. 

Ben gave a very thorough quote along with helpful suggestions for my master bathroom remodel. Quality products were used for a solid installation.  Nick is a talented tiler and takes the time to do it right. Everyone I encountered with Glorified Flooring including Sam and Dimitri were conscientious and very friendly.  Any concerns I had were quickly addressed and I am very happy with the final product. I will use them again for my kitchen remodel.

Ben and his staff removed tile from three rooms and installed new tile. Their work was meticulous. They made it clear that my satisfaction was their number one concern. Two weeks after the job was completed there was an issue that wasn't their fault and Ben came back and did extra work to fix something the way I wanted it. I was amazed that he did this. I highly recommend hiring this company. They did a fantastic job!

Glorified Flooring, Ben Fink, did an excellent job. My husband and I were very pleased with their work. He was very helpful and very fair on his price. We bought the material and they did the installation. We had been through a very difficult and stressful experience with another contractor who put down tile floor in the kitchen which was a disaster to say the least, and Ben was very helpful, knowledgeable and does excellent work. We will definitely recommend him to anyone.

Ben was very professional, his crew starting work on time and finished job ahead of completion date.  Was suppose to be a 3day job but was completed in 2days.  I originally was gonna get job done by Big Name Commercial store but my wife and I decided to go with Glorified Flooring. It was the best decision I could have made because the pricing, quality, workmanship, was excellent and we love our floors.  I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using their services in future for any other projects.

Look no farther for tile installation.  I called three others and Ben was by far the best price.  Quality was fantastic.  Nick took up the old tile floor and explained why we had cracks and some of the shoddy workmanship of the previous installer.  He was extremely neat in the mess that doing this creates.  Install of new tile was quick and looks great.  Like I said, really no reason to look any farther.

This is the second time I've used Ben and Glorified Flooring; he installed laminate wood flooring in my house when I purchased it several years ago. This time he demoed my master bathroom and remodeled it with a new tile shower, new tile flooring, installed a new bathroom fan, vanity, toilet, and lighting. The work was done on time and came in at budget; I couldn't be happier with the finished product or the experience I had with Ben, Nick, and Dimitry.
