 + -1 morei called and they said it would be a week before they could come out to measure. i waited 2 weeks and called again... they had been busy. came out to measure and have never heard a word... that was 3 weeks ago.

 + -1 moreIt wasn't incredibly clear where/who I was supposed to talk to when I dropped off or when I picked up and it took awhile to find someone to talk to when I was there, but they seem like and quot;good 'ol boysand quot; who do excellent work. When I took the piece in it was very dirty and I didn't mind that they didn't clean it, but that would have been a nice touch and it also would have been a nice touch to provide a box or something for transportation, but overall they were nice and the work done was excellent!
Description of Work: I had purchased an old stained glass chandelier at an antique show that had some loose panes of glass. They weren't able to give me an estimate over the phone, but after looking the piece over, gave me a quick estimate and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time (3-4 weeks over the holidays).
