Sara was really on point the entire process. I found a new home and closed on it with 30 days from start to finsh. She was always available for questions when I had them. I would work with her in the future again as well as recommend her to others. She helped me find the people needed for inspections and had great knowledge of writing the offer as I knew very little about the process.

Sara is awesome. We came to work with her after she provided a value opinion on house we were looking to execute a lease-purchase on. She worked with us to find a appraiser who understood our market. When we weren't sure the lease-purchase was going to work out, she put together a list and took us to see a few properties on very short notice. Should we ever need a realtor in the future, we'll be calling Sara again.

It went very well. My house was on the market for approximately 80 days. The offer I got for my house was with in 95% of the original asking price.
