Please don't wait your money or your time. This will be one of the worst decisions you have ever made. From the sales to the installers to the office manager. They really pass the buck and no one accepts responsibility. Please save your sanity .

Awful, awful. Company subcontracted to Georgia Carpet and I cannot believe they are still in business. Cabinets were cheap quality and I had to constantly have them “repair” mistakes. Yes, I have photos. Quartz countertop had awful very rounded old fashioned corners which I didn’t request. White countertop I requested is a hospital yellow. Yuck. Floors? I expected oil poly as I had before, but they used a water based fast drying. Scratches easily. Difficult to deal with and issue dragged on two years . Photos available upon request

Moved all furniture and put back in place- cared for my home in doing so.  I was kind of worried about ordering carpet from a place that is not very well known and almost went with another provider up the road who "came highly recommended."  I am so glad I went with Georgia carpet.  They helped me choose a lovely carpet that is light in color but pet and child worthy.  I wanted to upgrade the pad and they talked me out of it and told me why they thought it wasn't a good a idea.  They ordered multiple square of colors so that I could take them home "off the board" to decide the color.  This was a big job- larger than most folks' entire homes.  I loved the installers- they really knew what they were doing- explained why they reused my old tack strips (they are oak- new ones are pine).  I had painted the rooms in advance so they had to be very careful not knicking my walls.  I even left them in my house alone on the second day of install.
What I loved about the process is that I took my time, was very picky about color and needing samples and they rolled with it.  I am preparing to sell our house so we didn't want to break the bank but wanted something durable for kids and pets in an area that will be largely devoted to them.  I would definitely use them again in the future and now that we have new carpet upstairs, it makes the downstairs look bad- so it might be in the very near future!   They also stand behind their work and the installer told me he guarantees his work for as long as I own this house and will come out and fix whatever if I need it.  His rolled edges at the bathrooms are beautiful so I doubt I will need him for repairs but nice to know he is available!
Thanks again to Georgia Carpet.

I am selling my home and needed to replace my carpet.  I was referred to the company through my realtor who always uses them.  I received several bids from "A" rated carpet installers on Angie's List and theirs was the best bid and quality carpet (Mohawk 30 oz) so I went with them.  When I called to request the bid they came out right away and gave me an estimate and completed the work when I requested that it be completed.  Three workers came out to install and they were very quick and efficient and did the work in about 5-6 hours or so.  They were friendly and polite and handled moving the furniture well and cleaned up after themselves.  I would definitely recommend the company and would use them again.

Very flexible in scheduling. Good price for carpet. Any repair/change later will have $150 minimum - even if takes only 5 minutes.

The experience was great. They were very prompt and they did good work. They did what they said and it was just a very good experience. We were very pleased.
