GARY SHOOK PLUMBING

Gary is always the guy if the job is too big to handle myself. He really saved us this morning when we had a broken pipe. He walked me through shutting off the water at the street over the phone, to get the water to stop filling up my house until he could get here. He showed up promptly and fixed the problem in a reasonable time for a reasonable rate. Both he and his assistant are very friendly and professional I would recommend them. Perfect. Called yesterday, scheduled for today at 9 AM. Gary and Matt showed up early. Assessed the problem, did the exploratory work to confirm the problem, fixed the problem. Moved on to the bidet. Finished early. Most highly recommended.

They repaired all of the above and showed me a few things I could do to increase the lifespan of some of my plumbing fixtures and prevent future emergencies. He also looked around to see if there was anything else needing attention while he was there to prevent a separate service call. I would definitely call them again!

It went great. They came in and took care of my problem ! They came out quickly and on time. I was kept informed and the price was very fair.

Gary was easy to work with and had to come back several times because we needed him at different points of our ongoing job. He offered advice throughout our DIY to help us make better choices. Very reasonably priced. Would use him again.

Gary arrived on time and immediately went to work . This was a several trip job as we had a pipe burst and flood the entire downstairs. This caused a few trips out from turning the water off to coming back and helping with a pipe that the dry out people had broken and just taped up. He also went through the house replacing the old poly pipes that were still in the house. He fixed the shower and faucet upstairs and the downstairs shower. He fixed the outside faucet that has been dripping for over 10 years.He returned after the granite people came to install our counter tops to hook up our kitchen sink and bathroom sink. He is polite and professional and cleans up after himself. He is honest and even offers you different alternatives to save you money. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. We plan to use him for all our  plumbing needs and recommend him to our family and friends. He goes over and beyond previous plumbers I have dealt with.

This was a professionally-executed job. Mr. Shook was punctual, knowledgable, and completed all needed work efficiently. He definately saved me money by obtaining "late model parts" rather than selling an entire new package. He advised me that I will need to upgrade in the future---when that time comes, he'll be the one I call.

It was a great experience the job was done with the greatest respect for our home and our family!!
