DOES NOT DO DESIGN. BUT TELL HIM WHAT YOU WANT AND HE DOES IT. ALSO DOES OUR CORE AERATION ETC. WHEN THERES A STORM, HE JUST SHOWS UP AND CLEANS UP THE YARD, WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL HIM. HES JUST UNBELIVEABLE.
