Gary King Construction & Consulting, Inc
About us
NC Licensed Contractor. Insured (Workers Compensation and General Liability). Over 30 years’ experience with a strong knowledge of the NC building codes. Being a former OSHA certified safety trainer for the construction industry shows my commitment to safety. Hands on service, performing most work personally with help of staff, use of subcontractors only as required. We offer written estimates and written contracts with specified substantial completion dates, payment terms and no surprises. I work, by the job, by the hour or “cost plus”. Accumulated many photographs over the years showing before, during and after the work to help the customer better understand the process and what to expect. We provide consulting services where we work with the homeowner to provide Proactive Consulting to help anticipate possible future problems, as well as assisting the homeowner by performing project management over their project when they want to act as thier own contractor.
