Tech was very late, did not call and as a result the help I have to open and move material around had to leave. When he arrived stated it would cost an additional $399.00 in addition to the motor special of $449.00 which was to come with "free installation". He also stated he could not move anything around and I explained to him that if he had been on time, there was plenty of help to organize the work area as he needed. Seemed very lazy and uninterested in providing any kind of quality service or any service for the matter. They charged me $225.00 when they dropped off the motor for the tech. I returned the motor and all hardware to the tech and let him know I would hire someone else for the job. I requested that my $225.00 be refunded, they told me they would refund it. When I asked when they told me they were having difficulty getting their accountant on the phone. I have not heard back from them so I have had to file a dispute with the credit card company. Their advertising and mailer is a scam. I cannot recommend anyone use this complany.

Excellent service and extremely fast. Josh immediately spotted the problem and explained what was needed to fix it and cost. Completed the work in a timely manner was very nice and professional.

Job went ok, just seemed to be in big hurry to get in and get out. Garage doors are old so didn't seem to make great improvement.

My online order and purchase of this "special" offered by Angies List was lost in this company's email. After waiting several days for the contractor to call me concerning my preferred scheduled dates, I had heard nothing. I located the company's number and called them.. After my order was located, they promptly scheduled me for service. The arrived on time and offered additional recommendations, but I thought $100 to add some tension to my garage door spring was a big exorbitant.
