+ -1 moreI was pleased with the work overall that was done. In the beginning there were some small problems but they came right back and corrected everything. The workers were friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions. They made sure to stay within our budget and build a beautiful house for us. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a 2,000 square foot home built by this company. There are three bedrooms and two baths. There was an attached garage built as well.

Description of Work: REMOVED AN EXISTING DECK (15' X 12') MADE OF PRESSURE-TREATED LUMBER AND BUILT A NEW ONE USING SOME OF EXISTING FOUNDATION. NEW DECK WAS EXTENDED TO 24'; WIDTH REMAINED 15'. WE USED TREX BRAND COMPOSITE WOOD PRODUCT THROUGHOUT EXCEPT FOR THE NEW FOUNDATION ADDITION AND THE LATTICE WORK. GEM HIRED AN ELECTRICIAN TO WIRE AND INSTALL 6 FIXTURES ON DECK.

Description of Work: A FULL ROOM ADDITION WHICH INCORPORATED A BRICK FOUNDATION, FRAMING, ROOFING, DRY WALL, BUILDING CLOSETS, PAINTING ETC. ALSO A DECK OFF OF THE ROOM.
