Furniture - Sales
In December I found a Stanley bookcase online I wanted to buy. I called several stores in the area to compare prices on the bookcase. Furniture Marketplace came in with the lowest price so I went to the store and met with one of their sales associates, Natalie. Natalie was delightful, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I placed an order for the bookcase on 12-24-2008 and was told the bookcase would be in on 2-18-2009. Natalie called me right on time (2-18-2009) to schedule delivery. Dewy and Tony just delivered the 3-part bookcase. Before arriving at my house, they first called to let me know roughly what time I should expect them today and then they called to say they were on their way. Dewy and Tony were extremely careful and thorough. They were very personable and seemed to care for the furniture as if it were their own. The whole process couldn?t have gone better.
