We had a fairly complex request; we wanted to take off the surface so you could see the aggregate underneath. I also wanted it to be very tough, so he added fiber which was very tough. This is a very difficult process. We had 2600 sq feet of driveway and sidewalk, including removing an old pad. They were competent and did a good job at a fair price. The onsite foreman was particularly good. The price was much lower than others I had received.

They did not finish the work. They never showed up on time. The company never returned my calls. When I tried to get him to finish the work he harass me at night and I will never use him again.

"HERE ARE THE TRUE FACTS: THERE WAS A SIGNED CONTRACT FOR $4,200 DOLLARS. NOT $700. THE 700 DOLLARS ONLY COVERED MATERIALS LEFT IN HER POSSESSION. THE JOB WAS AGREED UPON TO BE DONE ON WEEKENDS ONLY SO SHE COULD BE THERE TO WATCH. IT RAINED ALMOST EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY THAT WE WORKED. AFTER SIDING WAS REMOVED, AND NOT ALL THE BAND WAS ROTTEN SHE CONTINUALLY HARASSED ME TO LOWER THE PRICE OF THE CONTRACT. WE HAD A THIRD OF THE JOB COMPLETED WHEN SHE DECIDED TO CALL A HALT TO THE WORK. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO GET OTHER PRICES AFTER HAVING ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT. I ONLY RETURNED HER INCOMING CALLS. I DECIDED THAT SHE WAS THE TYPE PERSON THAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ANY MORE AND I TOOK A $2,000.00 LOSS ON THE LABOR AND PULLED OFF THE JOB AT HER REQUEST."

He did a beautiful job. The original quote had to be raised because hardwood flooring had to be replaced.

He communicated constantly throughout the job to tell us the status of the work. He took before and after pictures. Clean-up was so-so, the price was reasonable. Steve was extremely careful, very knowledgeable, and worked hard even though the attic was over 130 degrees. I would recommend them to others for this type of work.
