FRIENDLY COMPUTER SERVICE

Excellent service. Jamie showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the graphics board quickly and cleaned up my registry and other items.  Went through my startup programs with me and disabled many that I didn’t need.  Price was right (which included Angie’s list discount).  Overall, a quite positive experience.

It went great. The first contact on the phone provide that this company is "friendly". The service tect was on time, nice and got the job done.

Jamie arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgable. He quickly solved a nagging problem we had getting a wireless signal, and helped us with getting our new PC up and running. He even set up our printer so that I could print from my netbook as well as from my PC. Great service!

Jamie came to our house (the same day) and resolved the problem in less than 1 hour.  He also explained a number of ideas to my son to help prevent this problem from occurring again.  He was prompt, professional, and courteous, and he "went the extra mile" for us. 

Jamie was very helpful and took time to explain what he was doing for our computer. Our computer was sluggish and our CD burner wasn't working. He added memory, cleaned up our programs and replaced the CD/DVD burner.

They were fantastic and provided wonderful service. The technician started the work immediately once he came out. He told me about my issues really quickly. He told me the different ways of fixing my computer. He also gave me some options of having my computer replaced. He told me as to what I could do which would be less expensive instead of being more expensive. He also told us as to what we could do until we could decide as to what we wanted to do. He had to follow up with us multiple times in a couple of weeks. He was very good about following up and staying behind me when I needed to get back with him. We are going to wait till April and then think of checking for a new system. They gave me a very good discount based on the coupon that we had. He was punctual and in fact, he was early. He was very professional and I would use his services in the future too.

The guy that was here, came out for quite a long time and was unable to figure out how to network to the printer. We ended up getting charged for quiet a long visit even though over half that time was spent trying to figure out the printer problem which he was unable to fix. He told us that he would research the problem and he would get back with us. After a week of not hearing from him, I had to call them. At that time they told me they couldn't fix the problem that I would have to go and buy a second printer in order to have it network wirelessley.

They came when they said they were going to be here. The technician that came out did a very thorough job. The computers worked again after he left and we haven't had any problems since.

They were very professional and very friendly. I will use them again for my computer needs.

Tara and her folks are amazing. I had an emergency situation where I was working on a tight deadline. I called them on a Saturday, and was invited to bring it right over. They tore it apart immediately, recognized the problem, and started calling all around for parts that would allow them to off-load the data and replace the drive right away. I had the computer back by Monday, and was good to go. (It would have been completed on the same day, if they had found a place open with the right part.) Then when I needed a tweak to get one of my uniue settings back, they immediately walked me through the process over the phone, and had me back to work in minutes. I have just returned with another of my computers, and again they are immediately up and cranking. I have never been so happy with a computer repair service, for their speed, level of competance, thoughtfulness, and their excellent pricing. The customer really comes first with these folks. They can talk you through a lot of fixes on the phone, or you can take your computer in, or they will come to you in their cool little van, so you don't never have to unplug a thing. It was most convenient for me just to drop by. I have recommended them to all my inquiring frineds and clients. I have just come to realize that they also create beautiful laptops and desktops, with all the bells and whistles, at prices that beat the pants off the competiton. So now I'm thinking about asking for a new laptop for the upcoming holidays...

They are great. The computer works after they have worked on it. It is consistent and works for a long time. They have home service. I didn't have to take the computer to them. I have used the company several times.
