RIGHT AFTER HE FINISHED, SOME CHILDREN SCUFFED IT UP AND HE REPAIRED THE SCUFFED PROTION AND WOULDN'T TAKE ANY EXTRA MONEY. THE KICKER IS WE ARE UP THERE IN AGE AND HE BOUGHT BULBS AND REPLACED OUTSIDE LIGHTS FOR US -- AGAIN W/O TAKING MORE MONEY.
