RIGHT AFTER HE FINISHED, SOME CHILDREN SCUFFED IT UP AND HE REPAIRED THE SCUFFED PROTION AND WOULDN'T TAKE ANY EXTRA MONEY. THE KICKER IS WE ARE UP THERE IN AGE AND HE BOUGHT BULBS AND REPLACED OUTSIDE LIGHTS FOR US -- AGAIN W/O TAKING MORE MONEY.
Description of Work: HE IS BY FAR THE BEST PAINTER WE HAVE EVER EMPLOYED ANY PLACE WE HAVE LIVED. WHY? BECAUSE HE CARES! THIS YOUNG MAN CLEANS UP HIS MESSES, HE PREPARES THE SURFACES PROPERLY AND IF SOMETHING IS NOT PERECT HE WORKS TO MAKE IT PERFECT. HE IS SO METICULOUS IT IS POSITIVELY BEAUTIFUL. THIS MAN IS AN ABSOLUTE JEWEL. HE WORKS SLOWER AND TEDIOUSLY AND THE RESULTS ARE PERFECT.
