Over 30 years ago, John Freeman began installing custom car stereo systems out of a tin storage building. Word quickly spread that here was someone who not only knew how to make automotive sound something special, but knew how to do it at a very reasonable cost. went very well. Contacted Chien Phan (Store Manager) via email to explain my GMC Sierra had a speaker that was no longer working. He said speakers in GM vehicles since around 2003 were prone to voice coil failure. I told him i'd like to replace the stereo with something that would give me a backup camera (rear visibility is terrible). He sent me a link to the Pioneer unit. I requested a quote, which was more than I expected, but not unreasonable. I went in the next day to test drive the unit before buying. Was comfortable with the unit and the place of business so asked when I could have it installed. Chien said bring in tomorrow morning, allow 5-6 hours. Dropped off today at 9am. went back at 3, to pickup the vehicle. Very happy with the unit and with the level of service these guys delivered. Would definitely use them again.

I drove in, purchased the radio and they installed it while I waited. They were very knowledgable, patient and honest not trying to convince me to purchase a more expensive product which would not have provided more bells and whistles. I would certainly recommend this store to others and use them again.

From the estimate 2 week prior to the installation date, everything was great. Steve and his crew did a great job. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, like an amp or over the top speakers, but did set us up with a very nice replacement stereo and speakers for our family van. We had our kids (12 and 10) with us and were going to take the light rail downtown to hang out while they were doing the installation. One of the employees offered to drive us over to the station! The installation looks really sharp and the sound is great. The final price came in about $50 higher than the estimate, but I wasn't too surprised. I figured the brackets, mounts, etc. would add up. Overall a great job! We're thinking about a remote starter or Sirius radio and we would certainly go back to Freeman's!

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEN I WENT IN THE NEXT DAY AND HAD IT INSTALLED. THEY GAVE ME A SPECIAL PRICE (NO INSTALLATION FEE) AND I WAS HOME WITHIN THE HOUR. I CANT IMAGINE ANOTHER COMPANY BEING AS HELPFUL AS THEY WERE. THEN THIS WEEK, I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT OF FREEMANS STEREO ASKING ME MY THOUGHTS ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED INCLUDING A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM. THEY ASSURED ME THAT IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS THEY WOULD BE GLAD TO SERVICE IT WITHOUT CHARGE AND EVEN GAVE ME MY OLD RADIO AND SAID THEY WOULD PUT IT BACK IN THE CAR FOR FREE IF I EVER GET RID OF MY CAR. THEY WERE GREAT!!

ALL THE SALES PEOPLE THERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY. I FELT THAT I WAS GETTING QUALITY SERVICE and PRODUCT FOR MY MONEY. THEY SPECIALIZE IN CAR STEREOS and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE OVER GETTING SOMETHING AT ANOTHER COMPANY.
