I called Doug in the morning and left him a voice mail message. He responded to my call within just about a 1/2 hour. He arranged to be at my home later that same day which was great since it was a hot day and getting very warm upstairs where we sleep. Doug called before he arrived to say he was on his way. He made it at the time he promised to be at my home. He was at my home for about 2 1/2 hours, check both outside units extensively. He determined that a connector had burned out, walked my husband through the problem, also showed my husband exactly how low the freon was and replaced in both units. We felt like he did a very thorough inspection of both outside units and the unit in our attic. He was very nice and very professional. He even helped my husband install digital thermostats both upstairs and downstairs before he left. We had them in our home for almost a year and hadn't installed them. My husband did the install but he walked my husband through how to do it. I would definitely hire him again. It was the most thorough job any air conditioning company had ever done for us. My father has a handyman business and has recommended Doug's company to his clients. He did such a good job for those people, that's why we went with his company for our job. He advertises that he will give you a good price, I believe he would, and do a great job. Thanks Doug!

I've always used Doug and he does an excellent job. He's very dependable, professional, and an all around genuine nice guy to work with. I'd highly recommend him to others!
