 + -1 moreThey assigned an underwriter who didn't know what she was doing, ignored documents we provided for the loan application, and stated she needed documents that she didn't need and didn't exist to prove a debt that the client didn't have was paid off. Since proving a negative isn't possible we can't close the loan. We provided court documents evidencing there was not debt reported to the court but beyond that the debt in question was paid off over 20 years ago and thus not documentation nor records exist so the loan has been denied to my client.
