Description of Work: HE TOOK OUT PLUMBING AND REPLACED, FIXED BROKEN TILE, FIXED BROKEN WINDOWS AND CREATED SILLS. HE PATCHED CRACKS IN MY WALLS, HE STABILIZED MY STAIRCASE BANISTER, AND PUT IN NEW LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE KITCHEN.
