The staff helped me pick out mats, glass, and outer frame. I had a special need to cut mat to show edition number and had to have the frame in 3 days . I was able to use a $15 coupon to allay some of the cost. While not shocked at the price, it's pretty obvious that you don't go around custom framing anything unless you really, really need to. Frame wharehouse had somne beautiful fulling framed prints available for sale starting at $85.00 Howver in the end, my young adult son was ecstatic at how his inexpensive concert momento turned out.

They are simply the best in the business. From simple to your most treasured images, they are great. Try their Museum quality glass on your best photos and it is like there is no glass on the image. Alan Shaw is great to work with and is one of the owners. He provides high quality personal attention that you cannot get at Michael's or other competitors. I frame everything with them. Frame Warehouse has good quality products, is fast, is reasonably priced, does good work, has a large selection, and they help you pick out stuff.

Frame Warehouse did an exceptional job on my framing order, from start to finish. Frame Warehouse isn't the biggest in the business - the company is family-owned and operates stores in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. But Frame Warehouse's attentiveness to the customer, expert craftsmanship and very competitive pricing make it the "go to" framer in the Charlotte area. The store manager bent over backwards to ensure I had a good customer experience, and you can tell why Frame Warehouse prides itself on earning business from repeat customers like myself. They have a great selection of frames and their very knowledgeable staff make excellent recommendations to suit any budget. Excellent. The price was reasonable and the sales people so helpful and courteous.

I could not be more pleased with the outcome. They replaced the mirror and I was not satisfied because it looked new instead of old. Scott Thompson, the owner, ordered samples of an antique process that he could have another company do. That was to be sprayed on and I was not pleased with how that looked relative to the original mirror. We asked for our money back at that point and he did not hesitate and wrote a check on the spot.
