Frame Gallery Stonecrest

I brought the two prints in to select and have rematted as the mats that were on the prints looked horrible in my new house. I took a long time to decide, but he was very helpful and patient with me. I asked him a couple of times how much it would cost and he said about $90. I asked if that was for both of them and he repeated yes. When I finally made my decision he told me it would be $180. I told him I thought it was going to be $90, and he said it was $90 each. I wish he would have told me that up front when I asked him the first time. That's the negative part. The positive part is that he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the prints look great in my new house. The location of the store was ~25 minutes away, but that was the closest frame shop I could find. Would I go back to him? Maybe.

Have had several things framed there, they always do a great job. It always takes me forever to make a decision because they have a large selection of frames, but I never feel rushed. The owner is always helpful and gives me good advice/options. Check their website before you go, they often have coupons you can print up and bring in.

This was a great experience. We have had items framed before out of state. The professionalism of the owners and their helpful hints was unbelievable. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Having had lots of framing done over the years, this is impeccable and much better than expected. We look forward to working with the Frame Gallery in the future

The owner was exceptionally friendly and patient and spent a considerable amount of time looking at frames with us. He made good suggestions but was not pushy. The results were better than we expected. Impressive selection of quality frames.
