Land Surveying
There was a problem with 2 of the connecting properties and the surverying done on those properties. He had to come out 5 different times and did substantial research dating back into files from 1901. He explained thoroughly his process and errors that were made from the other surveying. With the swim buffer, there is additiona paperwork required which he took care of and made sure that we knew the proper permits needed to submitted to the city.
