Unfortunately, the roses did not last very long and by Monday they were pretty droopy. I contacted a very pleasant representative who after learning my concern immediately offered to replace the arrangement and to deliver the new arrangement to our home that very day, instead of her office. The beautiful replacement roses arrived within just a few hours of my call.
