The initial delivery went very well. The delivery was timely (on Friday afternoon) and the arrangement was awesome. Unfortunately, the roses did not last very long and by Monday they were pretty droopy. I contacted a very pleasant representative who after learning my concern immediately offered to replace the arrangement and to deliver the new arrangement to our home that very day, instead of her office. The beautiful replacement roses arrived within just a few hours of my call. This representative AND this company exhibited the true spirit of a company committed to its values, reputation and its customers. This representative immediately and thoroughly demonstrated the four components of superb customer service...she was empowered, used common sense, was empathetic and owned the opportunity to return me to being a satisfied AND returning customer.
